本計画では、『モスバーガー社内のチーズバーガーが大好きな女性たちがチーズバーガーのお店を作った。』 というストーリーがコンセプトです。 家具や建具は手触りの良い木を使用し、壁の左官はムラが残るように、人の手作業の痕跡が残るようにすることで、空間にあたたかみや柔らかさを与え、やさしさを感じる空間を目指しました。The concept of this project is based on the story: “A group of women at Mos Burger who love cheeseburgers created their own cheeseburger restaurant.”Furniture and fittings are crafted from warm, tactile wood, while the plastered walls are intentionally finished with subtle irregularities, preserving traces of handwork. These material choices bring warmth and softness to the space, creating an environment that feels gentle, welcoming, and human in scale.
