ファムス初のRC造の建築設計です。インテリアはもちろん、家具デザインまで一貫したプロジェクトとなりました。建築本体は将来的な変更と持続性、耐久性、メンテナンス性をもたせつつ、開口部のサッシを自由な構成としてオフィスが活動的で明るいイメージとなるようにしています。また、オフィスのインテリアは回遊性のある自由なデザインを表現することでオフィス内のコミュニケーションを誘発させることを目指しています。 最上階はこのオフィスから生まれた商品のプレゼンテーションを行う場であるため、実際に商品が販売される空間をイメージしてデザインしています。またイベントやパーティーなどでも使えるようにキッチンも設け、楽しい空間になるよう設えています。This project is FHAMS's first architectural design using reinforced concrete construction, encompassing a fully integrated approach from interior design to custom furniture.The building itself was designed with an emphasis on future adaptability, sustainability, durability, and ease of maintenance. Openings and window systems were composed with a high degree of flexibility, creating a bright and dynamic office environment.The office interior features a fluid, circulation-oriented layout that encourages spontaneous communication and interaction among its users.The top floor is designed as a presentation space for products developed within the office, envisioned to reflect the atmosphere of an actual retail environment. In addition, a kitchen is incorporated to accommodate events and parties, creating an enjoyable and versatile space.
