この敷地の近くには植物公園や寺院があり、おだやかで閑静な住宅が建ち並んでいて周辺の家々に見える緑の多さが環境の良い土地であることが表われていました。私達はそれらと同じ様に緑がたくさんある瑞々しい住宅にしようと考えました。 敷地北側に面する前面道路から1mの高低差があり、道路お向かいに影を協力落とさないよう、外壁をセットバックし、そこへ駐車スペースと花壇を設置し周辺に優しく佇むように計画しました。また、玄関ドアを開けて中に入るとそこはまた外（庭）に繋がるような土間を設け、その先の庭には緑に覆われた世界を作り、この庭を取り囲んで配置された空間が外部が繋がって一体となり、自然の中で生活ができるような家をご提案させていただきました。There is a botanical garden and several temples near the site, and the area is lined with calm and quiet residential houses. The abundance of greenery visible among the surrounding homes clearly expressed the quality of the environment. We therefore decided to create a fresh, verdant house, rich in greenery and in harmony with its surroundings. There is approximately 1 meter of height difference between the front road on the north side and the site. To avoid casting shadows on the houses across the street, we set back the exterior wall and planned a parking space and flower beds in that area, allowing the building to sit gently within the neighborhood. When you open the entrance door and step inside, you arrive at a doma space that connects once again to the outdoors (the garden). Beyond it, we created a world enveloped in greenery, and arranged the rooms to surround this garden. The interior spaces are connected through the exterior, forming a unified whole, and we proposed a house where one can live immersed in nature.
